• Placement Drive Artifacts: Resume/CV files, portfolio links, GitHub repositories, LinkedIn profiles, and mock interview evaluation scores uploaded for recruitment participation.
• Classroom & Lab Attendance Logs: Attendance records in offline campus laboratories or online live sessions, milestone capstone project submissions, and code repository commits.
• Technical Browsing Data: IP address, device operating system, browser type, and course page referral parameters collected via standard server analytics to optimize user experience.

All student information is processed strictly for legitimate educational, academic, and placement support functions:

• 1-on-1 Career Counseling: To assign a dedicated senior technical counselor, schedule free live trial sessions, and recommend customized career roadmaps.
• Classroom & Lab Workstation Allocation: Provisioning dedicated physical workstations, cloud server lab sandboxes, software licenses, and project starter code.
• Academic Credential Verification: Issuing tamper-proof, QR-verifiable 4Achievers Course Completion Certificates and alumni graduation records.
• Placement Facilitation: Matching learner skill rankings, project assessments, and resumes with active job opening criteria across our 500+ recruitment partner network.

Placement assistance is a cornerstone of 4Achievers career programs. We maintain transparent, ethical guidelines regarding how candidate information is shared with corporate employers:

• Explicit Candidate Consent: Your resume and profile details are shared with hiring partners only when you actively enroll in our placement drives and opt into company shortlisting.
• Verified Tech Recruiters Only: Profiles are shared exclusively with verified corporate HR teams, technology hiring managers, and staffing partners with signed recruitment non-disclosure agreements.
• No Telemarketing or Commercial Reselling: 4Achievers never sells or licenses student databases to third-party marketing brokers, loan sharks, or spam aggregators under any circumstances.

We employ the highest institutional financial standards to protect your tuition fee transactions:

• Zero Card Storage on Our Servers: 4Achievers does not store, process, or retain sensitive card numbers, CVVs, or bank net banking passwords. All transactions are tokenized and processed through RBI-approved gateways (Razorpay, Bank UPI).
• 0% EMI Lending Partners: When applying for 0% interest educational loan EMI plans, your KYC documents are processed directly through authorized, licensed NBFC partners (Propelld, LiquiLoans, Eduvanz) under strict banking privacy standards.
• Digitally Signed Invoices: GST-compliant tax invoices and payment receipts are issued directly to your email for complete financial transparency.

Live lectures, doubt-clearing sessions, and technical masterclasses are recorded to enable continuous learning, revision, and internal academic auditing:

• Access Exclusivity: Recorded batch sessions are accessible strictly by enrolled learners belonging to that specific cohort via authenticated LMS login.
• Intellectual Property: Class recordings, trainer slides, and project code repositories are proprietary educational assets of 4Achievers and may not be redistributed, sold, or uploaded publicly by students.
• Mock Interview Reviews: Technical mock interview video recordings are conducted for student self-evaluation and trainer feedback. They are kept strictly confidential between the mentor and learner.

To maintain seamless academic coordination, we utilize WhatsApp, SMS, and email for timely institutional updates:

• Academic & Batch Alerts: Class timetable changes, laboratory maintenance schedules, trainer notes, and capstone project deadline notifications.
• Placement & Interview Drives: Exclusive interview drive alerts, company shortlist notifications, and recruitment schedule invites.
• Transparent Opt-Out: While essential academic batch notices are required for enrolled students, promotional webinar notices contain instant opt-out links. You may also reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp update to adjust your notification preferences.

• Physical Campus Security: Dedicated offline workstation laboratories with restricted visitor access, supervised workstation logins, and secure local area networks.

Our web portal uses first-party session cookies and security tokens to maintain student authentication, preserve search preferences across 486+ course programs, and monitor page load speeds.
