For Long Term Courses
Duration: 6 Months and Above
No Refunds Issued
Once a student enrolls in a long-term course, all payments are final. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations, withdrawals, or any other reasons once payment is completed.
If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify '4Achievers' via email, certified mail, or in person. However, any request for cancellation will not result in a refund. All students are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment to the program prior to enrollment.
For Short Term Courses
Duration: Less Than 6 Months
'4Achievers' offers various technical courses designed to support project managers in professional certification exam preparation.
By enrolling, students accept that all fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Classroom & Instructor-led Training
Cancellation by 4Achievers
'4Achievers' reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).
Transfer to a future event offered (No cash refund)
Cancellation by Student
If a delegate cancels their enrollment, all payments made are final and non-refundable.
Online Training

For online training courses, all payments are non-refundable. If a delegate chooses to cancel their subscription, no refunds will be issued.

In case of third-party courses (e.g., MS Project and MS SharePoint), all payments are final, and no refunds will be provided.
Refunds: Duplicate Payment
This is the only exception to our policy. If a duplicate payment is made, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days after notification by the customer.
